Our Quality Management System was established basing on ISO 9001: 2015 Standards. With the defined Quality objectives, we monitor and improve through our customers’ feedback and continuous improvement programs.

QC inspection criteria are base on customers requirement. Following the QC inspection procedure, products and services are inspected throughout different stages of manufacturing processes, taking measurement to ensure Quality is always maintain.

The key measuring instruments use during QC inspection includes CMM, Height Gages, Hardness Tester, Coating Thickness Tester and Surface Roughness Gage etc.

To enhance on the quality of outputs, we nurture and practice Kaizen within our manufacturing environment….
